Frequently Asked Questions

We want to assure you that we provide a strictly non-sexual service. We maintain a safe and respectful environment, and any form of sexual harassment, whether verbal, non-verbal, or physical, will not be tolerated. Such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the massage, and further legal action may be taken.

Now, let’s address a few common questions you might have:

Is there any time I should avoid getting a massage?

If you’re feeling unwell, have a fever, a cold, or a contagious skin condition, it’s best to reschedule your appointment. Additionally, the first trimester of pregnancy, active chemotherapy, or other intensive medical treatments are typically times when massage is not advised. If you have a serious medical condition and are unsure about the safety of receiving a massage, we recommend consulting with your primary care provider before scheduling an appointment.

What if I have body acne, skin conditions, or forgot to shave?

No need to worry! Our therapists are experienced and professional. Your comfort is our priority, and we’re here to create a relaxing and therapeutic experience for you. Feel free to share any concerns you may have, and we can provide recommendations or adjustments to ensure your comfort. We do ask that you come in a hygienic fashion, and if you need, we have shower facilities available. Please note that time spent in the shower is included in your booked session.

Do I have to be completely undressed? What should I wear for a massage?

You can undress to your level of comfort. Your massage therapist will step out of the room to allow you privacy. Whether you choose to keep some clothing on or remain in your underwear, rest assured that you will always be properly covered during the massage. Please note that we do not offer full nude massages. We kindly request that lower underwear be left on (bras are an exception).

What if I don’t like my massage?

Your comfort is paramount to us. Please don’t hesitate to communicate with your therapist during the session. They can change the pressure, or even change the type of massage to better suit your preferences. We’re here to help with pain reduction, relaxation, and your overall comfort. If you wait until after the massage has concluded, it may be too late to make adjustments.
